Night of the HOLY CRAP OMG BDM!

so yeah... its like 3.30 am i just got back from BDM
also i got you guys an interview with the BDM front man.
i also had a few words with their new lead guitarist. Unearth were pretty epic and so was one of the local bands "the Mark Of Man"
there was a crabcore band, one average one and the same band that opened for goatwhore in april, musically they're pretty cool but they're image and message is pretty retarded and a bit over the top.
well all i can say is, i have got my copy of Nocturnal signed and also a copy of the set list signed, also got battered and bruised and hannah had a great time too.. BDM were so stoked that it was her first gig lol. was disapointed with the merch (BDM had sold out in CHCH so everyone in aucks missed out) definately need to personally check out unearth better as well as mark of man.
they're all really nice guys, it was a great night and i'll upload the photos 2mro
see you at 7
I can't hear a fucking thing.

Tired and in pain:
much love,
Ayman

The Mission Statement

This is the closest thing to a mission statement as I will get, please bare with me its 4am.
I love music, metal especially. I have a sophisticated and well placed hatred towards mainstream music (mainstream metal included,) and I loath hip-hop, pop and rap - not that all mainstream music is bad, just 98% of it. I hate what emos did to the scene and i hate scene kids for doing the same... only 300 times worse than the emos. In short I hate a lot of things that i find wrong with the way people listen to music and the music they listen to; I hate the way metal is judged by the uneducated naive narrow minded masses that would rather listen to the same song by 30 different 16 year old girls (and now a boy) than listen to music with some passion art and creativity to it. I suppose my main goal can be depicted in this image, Metal is a hungry viscous beast that is often misunderstood, it can be aggressive it can be uncontrollable and mindless and it can also be gentle, emotive and incredibly crafted. I still retain my benevolent elitism about how my music taste is the best and I hope my fellow metal lovers don't hate me for wanting to deliver metal to the unknowing masses and show them the error of their ways. I always approach music with an open mind and I ask anyone new to metal to do the same as you listen to my show; if you give it a chance it will reward you. I grantee you will find something in it you will love.
The music I'll play for you is the music that I love and I hope you'll love it too.
